This book develops three Universal Principles:

  1. The space of the universe is an eternally existent, nonmaterial, continuous, isotropic, and fluid substratum.
  2. The space has a limiting speed of flow, equal to the speed of light relative to the absolute vacuum; and a limiting angular velocity, when in a state of circulating motion.
  3. The universal space is eternally inherent with motion.

Einstein died trying to complete his Unified Field Theory, a comprehensive, intuitive explanation of the way everything in the universe operates... a theory of everything. Feynman longed for a basic mechanism that would enable us to know not just "how the Earth moves around the Sun, but what makes it go."

Discovery of that basic mechanism, Resonant Fields, has finally united all of physics into a comprehensive, intuitive explanation of the way everything works... just like Einstein wanted.

This breakthrough-discovery found that the Resonant Fields, of which everything in the universe is made, violate Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle by demonstrating an organized deep reality, rather than a random one. Sub-field interactions are not random but pseudorandom. Deep reality is quite deterministic and strictly cause-and-effect. Energy patterns deep within atoms, light, gravity, and everything else, are similar to the pseudorandom algorithms used to encrypt secret messages, where the order of their precision activity is concealed within their complexity.

Pseudorandom deep reality finally reconciles Quantum Mechanics and Relativity. It explains quantum gravity, black holes, antigravity, action-at-a-distance, subatomic interactions, electricity, magnetism, light, duality, quarks, strings, movement, radioactivity, the universal speed limit, and the 5th dimension. Now we know why they are never uncertain about what they do or how they do it. Unlike Heisenberg's random underworld, real atoms, light, and gravity always get it right and never forget how to do it!

Finally, the Resonant Field Theory explains that fundamental mechanism in easy-to-understand, intuitive terms... just like Einstein and Feynman longed for.

It means that we can now begin decrypting those natural energy-flow patterns to reveal their hidden secret messages. Because, so many age-old secrets have been revealed for the first time in this eBook - Everything has finally been Made Simple.

Matter is one of the most basic substances in the world. Our universe is a universe of matter; our human bodies are built up out of matter. All material objects in the universe exist in a framework provided by Space and Time. Space and Time are basic features of matter only...

Not one contemporary accepted physical theory covers more than a small fraction of the total field of the fundamental physics. The present-day structure of physical thought is made up of a host of separate theoretical models, loosely related, and at many points actually conflicting.

All classical theories are mostly phenomenological theories. Such theories describe and summarize experimental facts in some field of physics. These theories do not explain the fundamental reasons of existing of the considered material objects and phenomena. Newton?s Law of Gravity is a good example of that, this is a formula based on observable facts, which tie together the parameters responsible for the strength of the gravity force. Newton?s ?Gravity Law? is just a mathematical tool for the calculation of gravity force ? it doesn?t explain the nature of this force. Contemporary ?non-classical? theories are not much better. They are a combination of some quantum principles, phenomenological elements, and very complicated mathematical apparatus...

Philosophy is the soul of any fundamental physical theory, mathematics is the body. Contemporary officially accepted fundamental physical theories are dead theories ? they have no soul (philosophy).

Contemporary General Physical Science is in a ?Dead End? now ? it has exhausted its mathematical possibilities for explaining the new discovered phenomenon (which are located on the Edge of the Scientific Front), its reservoir of basic scientific dogmas desperately needs general reform and renovation.

I am aware that drastic changes in the existing state of knowledge about the general theory of the world (involving, as it does, official quantum mechanics, the theories of relativity, the theories of elementary particles, the standard model, the cosmological theories, etc.) will disturb or destroy the credibility of numerous scientific textbooks, careers, Nobel prizes along with other scientific awards, tenure at prestigious universities, and very expensive research programs being conducted by such entities as NASA, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Defense, etc. For these reasons, there is a great deal of reflexive and emotional resistance to ideas, experiments, and practical applications that are as revolutionary and disruptive for contemporary official science as those I described in my books, Final Quantum Revelation (FQR, 1994), General Quantum Mechanics (2001), and The Unveiled Secrets of Primary Substance (2005)...

Nuclear energy is over. Fossil fuel energy economy is over. Quantum free energy will become the future main source on our planet. Quantum free energy has no alternatives ? ZPE and other energy ?inventions? are just science fiction. The energy crisis now is a crisis of our civilization. National labs must switch their energy programs as soon as possible to quantum energy research and applications. If we wait too much longer other counties will take advantage in applying this last energy gift of God first. Americans, do you want some terrorist country or organization to destroy the life on your territory using Quantum Photonic Weapon of Mass Destruction? Don?t be so stubborn and stupid, start now with research and application of QFE. Reader of this book-revelation, can ask me the question ? is there an already created General Theory explaining the basic reasons of the existence of our world? My answer is decisively ?Yes? ? the General Theory of the World is already created and you have the opportunity to learn some of its parts published in this work.

I am not author of the Ultimate Fundamental Science, God is. My works are only the understandings of God?s words (given to me by revelation), and the labor of writing and publishing these holy messages. My works are also the honor to be the God?s earthly receiver of His last revelations and the suffering to bring them to whom they are intended for ? all human beings on earth.

Dear Reader, whatever you are - professional or laic- if you want to learn and understand the ultimate secrets of the world in which we live, secrets given to me by revelation from God, you must be willing to fight and overcome in yourself the demons of preconception, conceit, scientific pride, haughtiness, and envy, religious or national chauvinism. The science is given by God ?through the revelations given to the scientific prophets ? to all His children, human beings for practical use and satisfaction of one of the most important human features ? the inborn curiosity to reveal the secrets of the surrounding world and our own place in this world. If you are ready to do that, then go ahead. If you are still skeptical, then stop here and sorry for your lost time.

Dear convinced reader, try to penetrate in deep in this great theory, read it carefully several times, contact me if necessary, be patient, and finally you will be rewarded for your trust and tenacity? you will reach the Absolute Truth about our world given to us by God. Don?t keep this knowledge only for you, share it generously with other people, and spread the seeds of the Absolute Knowledge around the world. And let God bless you for your confidence and stoutness. - From the Introduction

Great theories never come to life in their final crystalline form. The first published variants of these theories are always imperfect, incomplete, contaminated by the viruses of human conservatism and fallacy. It takes years of additional hard work to heal them from their inborn defects. The same is now happening with General Quantum Mechanics ? the present variant of GQM is, I hope, the final variant of the GQM Cosmology.

Official scientists continue to work within the confines of officially accepted scientific dogmas and theories long after there is enough factual proof to disprove them. For example, now existing are a lot of experimental and observable facts against A. Einstein?s ?great? theories and his ?great? ideas (?Principle of Separation? and ?Unified Field Theory?). In the theoretical apparatus of the Physical Science, A. Einstein replaced philosophical and physical principles, governing the fundament of our world, by some very complicated mathematical tricks. Thus, he created the contemporary official Fundamental Physical Science; in fact he created ?Anti-Physical Science?. Or, as I call it - ?Mathephysics.? This officially ruling Mathematical Monster is killing and devouring all newborn theories which presume to contest its absolute power over Fundamental Physical Science. Mathephysics gave birth to dead-born children-theories and material formations such as: Theory of General Relativity, Big Bang theory, Inflation theory, String theories, Standard Model, contemporary Quantum Mechanics, ?Dark? matter, ?Dark? energy, MACHOs, WIMPS, axions, X-particles, gluons, gravitons, magnetic monopoles, ?False? vacuum, Higs-fields, and many others. These dead theories are not proven to be true and universal ? they don?t answer the question of what underlying basic principles determine the existence of considered fundamental phenomena. Exotic particles and other material formations predicted by these theories are also, never discovered. - From the Preface

"The debate on relativity contained in this volume was held at Indiana Unversity on May 21 and 22, 1926, under the auspices of the Indiana chapter of Sigma Xi.  Because of the profound influence that this new doctrine has already has upon philosophic thought and the attention it has directed to the foundations of mathematical physics, it is important that the most careful scrutiny should be given to the postulates which underlie it and to the experimental evidence upon which it rests. Recently the work of Professor Dayton C. Miller has threatened the experimental foundations of the theory and a reasonable doubt as to its validity has been entertained by a group of scientific men..." - Introduction

Professors Carmichael and Davis spoke in favor of the theory, MacMillan and Hufford against.  The debate was introduced and moderated by Indiana University President William Lowe Bryan.

This richly detailed biography captures both the personal life and the scientific career of Isaac Newton, presenting a fully rounded picture of Newton the man, the scientist, the philosopher, the theologian, and the public figure. Professor Westall treats all aspects of Newton's career, but his account centers on a full description of Newton's achievements in science. Thus the core of the work describes the development of the calculus, the experimentation that altered the direction of the science of optics, and especially the investigations in celestial dynamics that led to the law of universal gravitation.

Review
'This monumental scientific biography provides a masterly, well-documented summary of contemporary views of all the many facets of Newton's astounding wide-ranging career.' Nature

'The first detailed biography of Newton written by a professional historian of science who, over the years, has mastered the prodigious literature, weighted it judiciously, and still manages to reveal new insights by delving into the mass of Newton's unpublished writings. Westall has produced a work of major significance.' Science

'A monumental biography, and a delight to read.' The New Yorker

'Richard Westall has done Newton proud.' The Economist

There are three quatations that are pertinent to the present work. John Keats in the poem, Ode on a Grecian Urn, states: "Beaty is truth, truth beauty, that is all ye know on earth, and all ye need to know."

If the poet is right, the book Betond the Farthest Star is the most beatiful book ever writte, Another quote from James Russell Lowell's The Present Crisis is: "Truth forever on the scaffold, wrong forever on the throne - Yet the scaffold sways the future and behind the dim unknown standeth God within the shadow, keeping wathc above his own." Considering fifty years of opposition to anything sensible, it is to be hoped that the book will set the record straigth.

First Corinthians, chapter 13, verses 9 and 10: "For we know in part, and we prophesy in part, but when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away."

The above quote from Saint Paul's letter should be taken to heart. In terms of the future of mankind, the present system based on the work of Euclid, Galileo, Newton, and Einstein is fatally flawed. Present physics can be trusted for mechanical velocities but diverges from reality beyond one tenth the velocity of light. It cannot be said that the contributions of past investigators are without value, but each gave only a partial truth.

How can an unknown engineer working in the obscurity of his home (and garage) discover the fundamnetal principles that have puzzled scientists for the past 400 years? How can these principles turn out to be so simple and so self-evident?

If you have read Stephan Hawking's Brief History of Time in the hope of finding enlightenment and, perhaps, didn't finish it, then you will find The Mindfield much easier and much more satisfying.

This book present a new unifying model of the universe that is simple, consistent, logical and, above all, enderstandable. It brings together for the first time, physical explanations for gravity, planetary motion, magnetism, electricity, atomic structure, relativity, quantum mechanics and much more. It is written in clear non-mathematical language that is easy to read. This book presents a turning point in scientific thinking.

Researches undertaken during the last 20 years have confirmed that space possesses physical properties even where it is devoid of ordinary matter. In addition to the well known properties of permittivity, permeability and the ability to transmit electromagnetic waves, other features have been more recently associated with the nature of space. These include the Casimir Effect and a significant amount of energy. This medium, devoid of any trace of ordinary matter, is usually referred to as "Physical Vacuum", "Plenum" or "Cosmic Substratum" along with other appellations. Despite the veil of equivalent terms, these names obviously refer to the Ether, a medium conceived in antiquity, which received much attention from Science between the 17th and early 20th centuries. Today it is commonly understood throughout the academic community that Einstein excluded once and for all the ether from modern physics with his Special Theory of 1905. There is a widespread, unjustified assumption that ether is conceptually incompatible with Relativity, though Einstein developed an equivalent concept in the context of the General Theory and his later work. We may add that Einstein?s ether concept has inspired many modern physicists though others follow another direction of thought. The aim of this first volume of papers is to examine the different paths by which the modern ether concept has been developed and to highlight the part it plays in major departments of 21st C physics. The evidence for its existence is reviewed, and it is hoped, widespread misconceptions concerning ether are corrected. It is anticipated that the emerging modern concept of ether will play a fundamental part in the development of 21st C physical science.

The ?Ether space-time & cosmology? program comprises several volumes designed to inform the physics community of the resurgence of the ether in modern science. The reality of the concept and its importance, which were denied at the beginning of the 20th century, aroused renewed interest by the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21stcentury.

Research undertaken during the last 20 years has confirmed the existence of physical properties within space, even where it is devoid of ordinary matter. In addition to the well known properties of permittivity, permeability and the ability to transmit electromagnetic waves, more recently other features have been associated with the concept of space. These include the Casimir Effect and a significant amount of energy. These properties attributed to the vacuum, which are universally recognized, strongly support the necessity of a substratum; however, the substratum as such has been most generally denied and its role ignored, such that it has not been investigated to the extent it ought to have been.

Ether space-time & cosmology proposes to fill this gap, and to restore to the ether the attention it deserves. One of the objectives of this series of books is to progressively disclose its properties. The introduction of the ether, as a key actor in physical processes, will resolve a number of paradoxes in 20th century physics, which arose because it has been dismissed.

This third volume, like the previous ones, presents articles, written by experienced physicists, dealing with different aspects of the ether concept. Topics relating to quantum theory, dark energy and dark matter and review of the basic assumptions of relativity are addressed, among others.

Ether space-time & cosmology? is a development of the Physical Interpretations of Relativity Theory conferences, which began in 1988 in London, and which now take place in London, Moscow, Calcutta and Budapest. Details of these conferences, including names and addresses of contacts and sponsors, are given on the PIRT web site http://physicsfoundations.org

In his book, A Brief History of Time, Stephen Hawking's comment that, "Every mathematical equation used results in the loss of one-half the number of readers," is essentially true. His acceptance of the basic principles of general relativity and unified field theory is unfortunate, but in no way reflects upon the integrity of the man...

... Physicists have said a supercomputer is needed to solve Einstein?s general field equations, but computer programming is based on a binary code, a simple two number system. It is thus possible to relate Einstein?s general field equations to a step by step process for it to be more easily comprehended, but the steps in this case is numerous enough to fill volumes of books.

The math allows us to accurately describe specific aspects of nature. The math complexity also simplifies the task for experts in the field, but it is not needed for a fundamental understanding of theory.

A fundamental understanding of theory can also be undertaken in accordance with its history as a step by step progression providing a convenient reference to which everyone can relate. However, the history of physics has a mystical side to it. For instance, in view of Aristotelian physics this mystical element included light as the means from which the divine source of all creation supplied the material world with motion and energy. Nowadays relativity of space and time, and of mass and energy, is now described according to how light moves and interacts with matter. Moreover, the whole universe is now assumed to be finite whereby all of its enormous matter and energy expanded, and still expands, from a singularity, a space so tiny that it cannot be defined. Adding to this theory are concepts of dark matter, dark energy, black holes, worm holes, other dimensions, other universes and so forth.

The expanding universe cosmology struggled for a decade or more to become accepted by the majority of mainstream physicists. This difficulty of acceptance is typical of a new theory attempting to overcome the dogmatic view of the establishment. Copernicus, for instance, struggled to establish the heliocentric theory of Earth and the other planets in the solar system, as the Aristotelian doctrine of Earth at rest in the center of the universe had become the official position of the Catholic Church for its interpretation of reality.

Big bang theory of an expanding universe is now part of the establishment, but throughout history the establishment has been revolutionized by new theory for its ability to better explain new discoveries. It also is questionable whether big bang theory will remain in the distant future as established as it is now. It does have a determined challenge of an ?electric universe? theory explaining the cause of light distortion as due to its encounter with the existence of a plasmatic state of matter in intergalactic space instead of as due to an expansion between galaxies.

The electric universe and expanding universe are both theories with historical origins. Even though the expanding universe theory is now the more popular of the two, in time it could possibly be superseded by the other one. As to whether such speculation of dark energy and worm holes are retained as part of an all embracing new theory or are eventually regarded as having a mystical outlook could very well depend on a general step by step interpretation of the history of theory.

A complete understanding of all this seems out of reach for the simple minded. However, Einstein once suggested an understanding of relativity theory could be more easily understood by way of the Pythagorean Theorem. An effort has thus been made to simplify all the mathematics in this book for it not to be any more difficult to understand that the Pythagorean Theorem is for a sixth grade student.

On a planned sabbatical in September of 1998, I further deepened my exploration into an unanswered question which arose 27 years earlier during my studies of applied physics. After 2 ? months of research it was evident to me, that theoretical physics at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century had arrived at two fundamentally erroneous conclusions, thereby distorting the physical insight into the atomic and subatomic world. Since that time, I have done my utmost to point out to scientists the omissions I found and to request revisions. The enthusiasm of scientists to fix these errors is minimal, since the perspectives of 100 years of theoretical physics need to be changed. Their resistance to review ancient assumptions appears insurmountable To my understanding, it?s important that society be made aware of what mistakes were made. Therefore, I have written down my findings in this book. I describe the process whereby these errors occurred and why and how science has been able to commit them. Theoretical physics may be too mathematical in nature for the non-scientist to comprehend the mistakes and what influence this had on subsequent development The omissions took place over 100 years ago, when the mathematics of theoretical physics was not as advanced, so a knowledge of high school mathematics is sufficient for comprehension by the non-scientist. The analysis unravels the mysteries of Quantum Mechanics and the physics underlying the quantized energy levels of atoms solely with the use of classical physical concepts. Insight into traditional physics, shows how quantum mechanical effects can occur. The argument of scientists that the knowledge of Quantum Mechanics can not be understood with classical physical concepts is unfounded. The understanding of quantum mechanics for the non-scientist is just as simple as any other science. The refusal to admit that mistakes were made, prevents non-scientists the opportunity to gain insight into the physics of quantum mechanical phenomena. After reading this book the reader can decide whether or not the existing understanding of theoretical physics adequately describes reality, or whether new insights are needed.

Unique in its field, this book uses a methodology that is entirely new, creating the simplest and most abstract foundations for physics to date. The author proposes a fundamental description of process in a universal computational rewrite system, leading to an irreducible form of relativistic quantum mechanics from a single operator. This is not only simpler, and more fundamental, but also seemingly more powerful than any other quantum mechanics formalism available. The methodology finds immediate applications in particle physics, theoretical physics and theoretical computing. In addition, taking the rewrite structure more generally as a description of process, the book shows how it can be applied to large-scale structures beyond the realm of fundamental physics.

Relational Mechanics is a new mechanics that replaces Einstein's theories of relativity. It implements Mach's principle quantitatively based on Weber's relational law and the principle of dynamical equilibrium. It explains Newton's bucket experiment as due to gravitational interaction between the water and the distant universe when in relative rotation. The book is intended for physicists, engineers, mathematicians, historians, philosophers of science and students.

This book presents a new approach to the Relativity Theory (RT) and Quantum Mechanics (QM). Besides the main motivation for the new approach ? that RT and QM appear to be incompatible with one another ? we note that a number of physically important cases and well documented experiments cannot be explained in the framework of the two theories. This approach has been presented at several conferences and symposia organized by International Scientists Club (ISC) in Russia and Natural Philosophy Alliance (NPA) in USA since 1990's.

Geometry through its fundamental transformations, the Poincare group, requires that wavefunctions belong to representations. Massless and massive representations are very different and their coupling almost impossible. Helicity-1 gives electromagnetism, helicity-2 gives gravitation; no higher helicities are possible. Basis states, thus the fundamental fields, are the potential and connection. General relativity is derived and is the unique theory of gravity, thus the only possible quantum theory of gravity. It is explained why it is. Because of transformations trajectories must be geodesics. Momenta are covariant derivatives and must commute. Covariant derivatives of the metric are zero.
