Currently, state-of-the-art computer performance measurement systems and computer performance prediction models do not consider relativistic effects due to velocity relative to a performance analyst who is "stationary" with respects to our local group of about 1 million stars. As intra solar system travel at extreme velocities becomes possible, simulation models that reliably predict relativistic effects will be needed for navigation of the traveling platforms as well as for measurement and control of the performance of the traveling platforms.
