I am on the train to Berlin and thinking Einstein strasse Boltzmann strasse and the solution hit me which I emailed from Germany to Relativity. Yes Einstein like many in our group did not give numbers to variables. Endless equations. The pendulum equation makes physics darn easy now. It works for any set of pairs. Binding energy is explained in this case as the energy of the Rydberg photon corresponding to 13.6 eV.

Electric current is a measure of motion of atoms and 186-ether. An impact force of current squared causes copper atoms in a wire to drift at Maxwell’s drift velocity. There is another drift of 186-ether particles caused by the force of current squared. Current is not the flow of electrons. The measure of charge is that of atoms and 186-ether. Electrons are just one example of a measure of charge.

The physical movement of copper atoms in a wire is the measured drift current in a copper wire. This is in stark contrast to the conventional understanding of current as moving electrons. The drift velocity of copper atoms due to an impact force of current thru the wire is the same phenomenon as seen in electrolysis of fluid ions. Atomic mass change of a copper atom is quantified under external current stress. The meaning of field and flux is now clear with data from a real experiment.

The theory of RF ablation of cells is based on varying fundamental frequencies of atoms. This theory is based on a new atomic structure that defines elementary charge and measures the entity we call mass. A paradigm shift in the way we look at recognition on the sub atomic scale has now been opened. Cancer tumors and microbial cells have been ablated with radio waves in-vitro and in-vivo. The docking ability of a nanoparticle to a cell to be ablated has been achieved by use of immuno-stealth-liposomes. Leaky tumor cells easily incorporate liposomes. Permeation of endothelium and retention of liposomes has been achieved for different tumor types in mice by passive targeting. Antibody receptors of the microbial cells allow for target specific locking of immunoliposomes in-vivo. Thus for the first time moving microbial pathogens in peripheral blood of guinea pigs have been ablated with RF fired from outside the body. An alternative to chemotherapy, gamma knife therapy, antibiotics, vaccines and gene therapy is now available for patients suffering from MDR, XDR and metastases. These conventional treatments are besieged with problems of antigenic drift and shift. Furthermore, side effects of chemotherapy are devastating for patients. Autoimmunity is the spanner in the works for any form of protein based therapy. Gene therapy is unable to shut down different loci of oligonucleotides in selective strands of DNA or RNA in and across tissues in the whole body. Moreover, pathogens hide in host cells and evade the immune surveillance system. These pitfalls are overcome by RF that kill the host cells harboring hideaway pathogens. This new way to treat disease is affordable and free from side effects when compared to other conventional treatments where cytotoxicity to bystander normal cells is invariably present. RF treatment restores normalcy within a week to ten days in animal models. RF treatment will prove to be the future for therapeutics.

The Bohr radius tells us of 2 Rydberg photons involved in pair production when 13.6eV stress is imposed upon an H-atom. The Gamma factor is solved. Mass decrease does happen. Binding energy is easily understood as the energy of one Rydberg photon. In this example electron-positron pairs are described and arrived at from experimental data. However, pair production can occur for any other set of photon pairs, an electron being just one tiny example. We must not restrict our association of charge with just an electron.

Electric current is the measure of motion of atoms and 186-ether. The drift velocity calculated by Maxwell's drift velocity equation is the motion of say copper atoms in a wire and the measure of charge, e. Charge, e is not that of an electron in this example but of copper atoms and 186-ether.

The Josephson constant is a relationship between frequency and acceleration of a pair of photons. The Von Klinstig resistance is in-fact the velocity of an ether oscillator at a speed of 25812.8076 m/s and the reason for Planck's constant. The relationship between acceleration a and frequency f is a = 25812.8076 x f, the basis for SQUID.

You see, stars must be the source of CMBR. This was the thought. And hydrogen comprises all stars. And Rydberg photons 69 million comprise each H-atom. And pair production leads to electron-positron pairs. And the gamma factor is got to do with photo-dynamics. Then the pendulum which is the swing of reality that yields the Rydberg number.
And the Rydberg photon is the reason for CMBR.

186-ether limits the velocity of an airplane. Biot-Savart Law is an ether law. Earth's magnetism plays a role in the velocity of the flying plane. Importantly, force is current squared or ampere squared.

Ether that fills our Universe is the reason for the CMBR frequency vibrating sky. However it is the Rydberg photons that make CMBR waves from stars. The mechanism of the wavemaker Rydberg photon is described in another 2011 paper on the WSD. Here is evidence that ether fills so called empty space.

CERN (LHC) and Fermi Labs smash particles in accelerators to reveal the process of creation through annihilation; the Higgs Boson, or mysterious God particle, was predicted to show up in one such experiment. I have more than 35 papers on ether, the ancient ether as measured in black body radiation by Wien and derived by Planck. A prediction of 144 GeV was made by me several years ago and is mentioned in my Preface to The Ether Model & The Hand of God (2008). 144 GeV corresponds to 186-ether. My prediction is described with numbers in this paper.

Change in frequency of this invariant 737-mass yield the atomic masses of the periodic table. 186-ether torus mass is also invariant. The electric atom rolls in the moving magnetic 186-ether torus. This is electromagnetism. The locomotion of the toroid consisting of atom-ether tori is EM-drift.

A new way of knowing our universe is described herein this paper. I consider the universe as fully described in terms of 4 dimensions namely mass, radial length, time period and void. Mass is fundamentally ether. Radial length simplifies the problem of frames of reference. Time period the inverse of frequency brings in a sense of absolute time. The void is space or volume without mass. The space or volume is portrayed by means of a volumetric radial length.

The prediction of GRT is correct with respect to slowing of time period when photon mass in detectors or emitters are in higher orbits above the earth. The modified gravitational lensing equation proves that earth's gravitational field alters frequency of the photon in the emitter on earth and detector in space. Photons have mass. The photon mass pulsates at a frequency. The frequency change to a lower frequency at higher orbits is called time dilation. This is red shift. 186-ether transmits light of this source photon across space. Photons do not travel. At higher orbits the ether wave is red shifted. At lower orbits the ether wave is blue shifted. The true meaning of gravitational lensing is empirically proved with and only with photon mass in instruments and 186-ether waves.

By convention electron volt eV and elementary charge squared volt eVe both depict energy. Electron volt eV of mathematical physics is not energy. The second elementary charge e in eVe cancels out on both sides of the Ohms Law equation in mathematical physics. This is a classic example of mathematical physics derailing understanding and yet providing scientists with correct outcomes. Why so is explained in terms of empirical physics. A second formula is reconstructed by input of photon mass into the GRT equation for time dilation. Mathematical physics ignores the need for photon mass and misconstrues photons as mass less entities.

A very affordable treatment and possible cure for cancer and infections is on the horizon. Radio frequencies have been proven herein to ablate cancer and microbial cells in-vitro and in animal models. Radio frequencies are free. An inexpensive bio-compatible nano particle has been specifically constructed to ablate cells. The practice and theory of ablation of cells goes beyond hyperthermia. The radio frequencies impinge upon a metal ion, which heats up. However, thermometry studies conducted indicate that heat generated by radio frequencies does not necessarily correlate with inactivation or killing of cells. It is rebound frequency off the nano particle that's responsible for ablation of cells. Incoming radio frequencies are fine tuned by a new theory proposed by me over twenty eight physics papers. Radio frequencies are nearly harmless to humans and animals. Biocompatible nano particles survive the journey in mice, for a few hours and are not seen a day after in blood viewed under a light microscope that is collected by tail bleed. Tumors in mice subjected to radio frequencies were studied by histological sections. Reduction in tumor size was observed by imaging and physical measurements of surface solid tumors. The ablation of microbial cells is crucial in patients suffering from cancer. A few surprises appeared during ablation of Candida albicans and Trychophyton rubrum. It is observed that polyethylene glycol 200 enhances the growth of Candida and Trychophyton. Implications and precautions of these surprise observations are discussed. Mycobacteria, Candida, Salmonella, Staphylococci, Trychophyton have been ablated in-vitro by RF at 37 degrees celsius body temperature. This technology provides a leading edge over other conventional treatments for cancer and infections. The cost is less than a dollar.
