Description

Machs Principle states that local physical laws are determined by the large scale structure of the universe.  Einstein interpreted Machs Principle as inertia originates in a kind of interaction between bodies.  In this presentation Machs Principle will be explained in terms of the electrodynamic force.  The inertial force and mass will be defined electrodynamically.  The force of gravity will also be defined electrodynamically.  When the force of gravity is defined in terms of the inertial mass one finds that on the grand scale of a symmetric universe it is a constant (independent of R) attractive force that is decaying over time.  Using a combination of local assymetrical and grand symmetrical electrodynamic forces, an explanation of the expansion of the universe (for which dark energy was invented to rescue General Relativity Theory) and the high constant velocity of the outer spiral arms of spiral galaxies (for which dark matter was invented to rescue Special and General Relativity Theory) will be given.
