Titles Abstracts Details
  • Letter to the Antirelativists (2012) [Updated 7 years ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:

There are many erroneous assumptions in contemporary science. The paper describes the origins of the two of them: dark energy and neutrinos. All errors are due to the Theory of Relativity. It must be thrown out and forgotten. The electromagnetic interaction accurately describes the force that depends on the distance and velocity. For exact calculation of gravitational interactions it has created the Galactica system, which is freely available on the Internet.

  • On the Forces and Knowledge of the World (2012) [Updated 7 years ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:

The paper continued clarifications on the validity of Newton's laws of gravity. Opponents of the law and of Newtonian mechanics led a number of arguments in their favor. Based on the solution of a number of problems by the program Galactica it is show that these arguments are untenable.

  • New Components of the Mercury's Perihelion Precession (2011) [Updated 7 years ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:

The velocity of perihelion rotation of Mercury's orbit relatively motionless space is computed. It is prove that it coincides with that calculated by the Newtonian interaction of the planets and of the compound model of the Sun's rotation.

  • New Solar System Force, Decay of Gravity, and Expansion of the Solar System (2011) [Updated 7 years ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky, Charles William Lucas   read the paper:

Correspondence on the New Solar System Force. In this paper, Joseph Smulsky comments on the new solar system force as described by Charles Lucas in the previous issue of Foundations of Science, Volume 13, Number 4, November, 2010. Smulsky?s letter appears first and is followed by a reply from Lucas.

  • Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation and New Space Projects (2010) [Updated 1 decade ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:

The Natural Philosophy Alliance (NPA) sponsors regular international conferences for presenting high-quality papers discussing aspects of philosophy in the sciences. Many papers offer challenges to accepted orthodoxy in the sciences, especially in physics. Everything from the micro-physics of quantum mechanics to the macro-physics of cosmology is entertained.

Though the main interest of the NPA is in challenging orthodoxy in the sciences, it will also feature papers defending such orthodoxy. Our ultimate purpose is to enable participants to articulate their own understanding of the truth. All papers are reviewed by society officers, and sometimes by other members, before presentation in conferences, and they are edited, sometimes very significantly, prior to publication in the Proceedings of the NPA.

NPA is, in turn, the only component of the non-profit corporation: The Natural Philosophy Foundation, Inc., (NPF). The NPF was incorporated in the State of Maryland on July 17, 1995 with the intent to become a long-term science fostering charity organization

  • Orbit Evolution of Apophis and its Transformation into the Earth's Satellite (2010) [Updated 1 decade ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky, Yaroslav J. Smulsky   read the paper:

As a result of the analysis of publications it is established that uncertainty of trajectories of Apophis are caused by imperfection of methods of its determination. The differential equations of motion of Apophis, planets, the Moon and the Sun are integrated by new numerical method and the evolution of the asteroid orbit is investigated. The Apophis will pass by the Earth at a distance of 6.1 its radii on April 13th, 2029. It will be its closest approach with the Earth during next 1000 years. A possibility of transformation of Apophis orbit to an orbit of the Earth's satellite, which can be used for various tasks, is considered.

  • Change of Characteristics of a Light Source with its Movement Relative to a Receiver (2010) [Updated 7 years ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:

The influence of light source on the receiver as electromagnetic interaction is considered. The mechanical influence of the moving charged body on a motionless one is defined in the experimental laws of electrodynamics. These laws determine the changes of parameters of the light source that moves relatively the receiver. The laws of change of light frequency and its direction of the moving source are derived from the laws of electromagnetism. At small velocity of source movement they coincide with classical results: the Doppler effect and phenomenon of aberration. The interaction of the source and receiver depends only on their velocity of movement relatively each other. There is no world medium, the relative movement to which would influence on the characteristics of light source.

  • Change of Characteristics of the Light Source at its Movement Relatively Receiver (2009) [Updated 1 decade ago]

  • Gravitation, Field and Rotation of Mercury Perihelion (2008) [Updated 1 decade ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:

The gravitational influence of one body on another is determined by Newton gravity force. Unfortunately, at 18 century the field was entered. And gravitational interactions are now understood so. The first body creates a field, and this field acts on the second body. The concept of field has resulted in many mistakes in the contemporary science. For example, a homogeneous rotating sphere and the same non- rotating sphere have identical distribution of gravitational potential around of itself, i.e. create an identical gravitational field. Therefore automatically is considered, that these two bodies will equally act on weighty point, which moves around of them. Actually it is not so. To determine the influence of the rotating body on the weighty point, it is necessary to integrate the motion equations of weighty point with influence of Newton gravity force from all parts of a rotating body. Such task is very difficult and, probably, sometime it will be solved. We have elected other way and have considered compound model of rotating body. Its rotation we represent as axis-symmetrical located in one plane of the several bodies, which as a result of mutual gravitational attraction rotate around of central body. In result of influence of such compound model of the Sun rotation the computed velocities of change of all parameters of orbits: eccentricity, angles of inclination, of ascending node and perihelion have coincided for all planets from Mercury up to Neptune with results of observations.

  • Optimization of Passive Orbit with the Use of Gravity Maneuver (2008) [Updated 1 decade ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:

A high-precision method of calculating gravitational interactions is applied in order to determine optimal trajectories. A number of problems, necessary for determination of optimal parameters at a launch of a spacecraft and during its flyby near celestial bodies, are considered. The spacecraft trajectory was determined by numerical integration of the equations of passive motion of the spacecraft and of the equations of motion for planets, the Sun, and the Moon. The optimal trajectory of the spacecraft approaching the Sun is determined by fitting its initial conditions.

  • Compound Modeling of Earth Rotation and Possible Implications for Interaction of Continents (2008) [Updated 7 years ago]
by Vladimir P. Melnikov, Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:

Russian Geology and Geophysics. The theory of orbital climate forcing implies an approximate Earth rotation model which has never been checked against other methods. We simulate the rotating Earth in compound models as a system of equal peripheral parts that orbit a central body and investigate the orbital evolution as affected by the gravity pull from the Sun, the Moon, and the planets. The predicted nutation cycles agree well with estimates by other methods. The model of periodic convergence and divergence of peripheral bodies may be useful to explain interaction of continents.

  • Ways for Non-Relativistic Consolidation of Science (2007) [Updated 1 decade ago]

The non-relativistic direction in physics existed since the advent of the relativity theory (RT). But, despite great numbers of independent, talented and skilled adherents, results of their activity have not yet led to the rejection of pseudo-scientific theories. There exist external and internal causes for this. Some actions must possibly be taken to safeguard the works of our generation. These actions must promote consolidation of the non-relativistic movement and obtaining of proved results. It is offered to discuss the problem of disunion of non-relativistic works and their development. For consolidating the non-relativistic movement, the discussions on the following directions are suggested.

    1. Forming a scientific methodology of investigations
    2. Forming the list of problems for joint physical investigations
    3. Construction of the common base of performed works
    4. Forming of united physical basis

All interested colleagues are invited to participate in a detailed discussion of the above proposals.

  • Real Knowledge About the World and Unhypothetical Way of Their Receiving (2006) [Updated 1 decade ago]

The many man's understandings about the world is becoming erroneous with the passage of time. But it is also such, which remain true during centuries and even millennia. We name them real knowledge about the world. As a result of the analysis I have come to a conclusion, that all real knowledge are received as follows. For studying any property of the object of world around, one of them is accepted as the standard. The measure of this property is determined by comparison of the property of the object with the property of the standard. Then the relations between different properties are established as a result of measurements. In this way the knowledge is received without hypothesis, therefore we shall name it unhypothetical method.

  • The New Fundamental Trajectories: Part 1 ? Hyperbolic/Elliptic Trajectories (2002) [Updated 7 years ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:
It is difficult to find critical work about Einstein's Theory of Relativity in most standard physics journals. Galilean Electrodynamics, founded by the late Dr. Petr Beckmann in 1989, is a notable exception. Since Einstein's 1905 paper, Relativity has had many critics and although it is widely accepted today, there is still a minority who question the central tenets of Relativity Theory. Galilean Electrodynamics is devoted to publishing high quality scientific papers, refereed by professional scientists, that are critical of Special Relativity, General Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, Big Bang theory and other establishment doctrines.

  • To Produce Superluminal Particles (1997) [Updated 7 years ago]
by Joseph J. Smulsky   read the paper:
    Subject matter:

    1. Any topic associated with the debate about special relativity (SR). But note that all SR conclusions are self-contradictory and mathematically invalid: the very notion of experimental verification is a category error; discussions of experimental aspects are therefore excluded.
    2. Mathematical aspects of SR kinematics, and concepts associated with It (simultaneity, contraction, time dilation, etc.). Note that the 40 model is the result of a conceptual error; papers In the Minkowski tradition will not be considered.
    3. Concepts of physics (space, time etc.). The critical debate shows that the virtue of reticence on concepts has left the field to ambitious and garrulous philosophers, who are typically afflicted with skepticism and lack common sense and that intuitive sense without which physics cannot be done. The task Is daunting and we are on shifting ground. To lay new foundations the study of concepts (philosophy). mathematics (methods of quantification) and physics must be integrated.
