  • Analyzing Special Relativity’s Time Dilation Within The Context of Lorentz Relativity (2016) [Updated 6 years ago]
    Einstein’s Special Relativity dramatically changes Lorentz Relativity by adding a false claim, namely, the Constant Velocity of Light Principle and declaring that all inertial frames are equal and all those inertial frames simulate the properties of Lorentz Relativity’s single, preferred frame. This transformed a valid physics theory, Lorentz Relativity, into an inherently flawed physics theory, Special Relativity, that “"fortuitously"” served as a useful math tool during the period when the identity of the correct preferred frame was unknown. Focusing on “time dilation”, it will be seen how GPS data makes this view clear in two dramatic ways.

    This paper analyzes data from GPS, the Hafele-Keating Experiment and muon decay measurements that are claimed to support Special Relativity’s claim of time dilation. It is found that this data actually does not support Special Relativity and in some cases is evidence against Special Relativity. The “time dilation” data is also analyzed in terms of its historical development and in terms of the Twin Paradox.

All these reconciliation arguments are accepted by the physics community even though many are mutually contradictory. However, after decades of experience, new techniques have emerged that show great promise and have led to individual successes.

The proposed experiment will resolve this debate and also will show how to significantly extend currently accepted theory. The experiment will have the most impact on space-time physics since the Michelson-Morley experiment and promises to correct some unjustified conclusions drawn from the Michelson-Morley experiment.
