There is only one file per paper you need to edit and one Bibliography file for all your papers. Each paper has its own folder and under every paper folder 2019-Paper1, 2019-Paper2, 2019-Paper3, there is an aaa-paper1-2019.tex folder. That is the folder you edit. The bibliographies are to be located in the same file at the end. Only edit the bibliography content in the aaa-paper1-2019.tex file. This is what it looks like on ShareLatex.
